Ben is an old man hired as an intern by a fashion e-commerce run by a sharp, young woman named Jules. It’s fun to watch how Ben relates with people less than half his age and how he creates a place for himself in a culture which is pretty new to him. It also showcases a sweet relationship between Jules and Ben, and how each of them brings a better perspective to the other’s life. I didn’t want this movie to end.

He home-schools them to ensure their intellectual prowess and subjects them to vigorous physical training while living in a cottage in the wilderness. when Ben is forced to go into the real world with his kids things get complicated and he is forced to think through his decisions. I guess we will all be able to empathize with Ben’s ideals and his decision to raise the kids a certain way. Watch it to experience one of the most interesting, mind-boggling and beautiful movies ever created.

Ever left behind at an unknown place? This movie is all about that, with a catch. The unknown place is the planet Mars. Mark, an astronaut, found himself on his own on Mars and was left to be responsible for his own happiness and food, at least for a while. It’s not just a sci-fi movie, but a story of a man who stays put in the face of unimaginable adversities and setbacks. I am glad I went to watch it on the big screen.

Have you ever had a mentor who changed your life and actually led you to become what you’ve always wanted to be? Julie, a young woman, finds her mentor in Julia Child who she has never met. The movie interestingly intertwines the story of Julie and Julia, both separated by time and space, and explores their lives, their unexpected and unfounded enthusiasm for cooking which eventually changes both of their lives, and their evolution as people as a result of all this. Some movies you’ve got to watch.
