15 Awesome Salad Recipes For Salad Lovers

Salads are immensely nutritious and excellent detoxifying foods. At the same time, a skillfully made salad can taste delicious. The Art of Making Salad is an innate talent and intimate process that results in high levels of sense of achievement. Anyone can master this art and bring out the deep-rooted creativity by throwing together choice of vegetables, fruits, dressing, herbs and other flavors.

1. Crouton Salad

Ingredients: Croutons(roasted bread crumbs), Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow bell pepper, Spinach, Black olives, Black grapes, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic minced, kosher salt, Pepper, Balsamic Vinegar, Mustard.
Dressing: Mix 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar, 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1/2 Tbs mustard, kosher salt, garlic, pepper and 4 Tbs olive oil
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and croutons, and toss well.

2. Macaroni Salad

Ingredients: Macroni(Boiled), Basil paste, Green bell pepper, Carrots, Cheery Tomatoes, Lettuce, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Kosher salt.
Dressing: Whisk 3 Tbs olive oil, 1/2 Tbs lemon juice, 1/2 Tbs basil paste,  kosher salt.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and Macroni, and toss well.

3. Penne Pasta Salad

Ingredients: Penne Pasta(Boiled), Red bell pepper, Olives, Onion thin slices, brocolli (strictly no stems, only flowery part) , Cherry Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic Minced, Kosher salt, Vinegar, Pepper, Thyme.
Dressing: Mix 2 Tbs Vinegar, 4 Tbs Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic, thyme.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and Penne Pasta, and toss well.

4. All Red Salad

Ingredients: Red Bell Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Lettuce, Red Apple, Strawberries, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Feta Cheese
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar,  Salt, Pepper, Oregano.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables, toss well and sprinkle grated feta cheese.

5. All Green Salad

Ingredients: Lettuce, Spinach, Green Bell Pepper, Zucchini, Green Apple, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Minced, Soy sauce.
Dressing: Mix 2 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, 1/2 Tbs Soy sauce, One Minced Garlic, Salt, Pepper. Whisk the ingredients.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and toss well.

6. Chickpeas-Soy Bean Salad

Ingredients: Chickpeas(Boiled), Soy Bean(Boiled), pomegranate seeds, Jalapenos sliced, Sliced Red Onion, Cilantro Chopped, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, 1 Tbs Vinegar, Thyme.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and toss well. Sprinkle Chopped cilantro.

7. Spinach Salad

Ingredients: Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Goat Cheese Diced, Red Onion Rings, Celery Sliced, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon Mustard
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, 1 Tbs Vinegar, Oregano, 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and goat cheese, and toss well.

8. Corn Salad

Ingredients: Corn(Semi-boiled), Pineapple, Cilantro, Feta Cheese, Zucchini finely chopped, Strawberries, Red Onion finely chopped, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, 1 Tbs Vinegar.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and toss well. Sprinkle grated feta cheese

9. Quinoa Salad

Ingredients: Quinoa(Boiled), Peas, Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow Bell Pepper, dill ,Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper.
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables, toss well and sprinkle chopped dill.

10. Romaine Lettuce Salad

Ingredients: Romaine, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Chocolate Sauce.
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, 1 Tbs Vinegar. Whisk the ingredients.
Process: Add dressing to the Romaine and toss well. Garnish it with chocolate sauce? Trust me there  is something about having Romaine Lettuce and Chocolate together.

11.Zucchini-Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients: Zucchini, Cherry Tomatoes, Corn, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard.
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, 1 Tbs Vinegar, 1/2 Tbs Mustard.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and toss well.

12. Cucumber Salad

 

Ingredients: Cucumber, Green bell pepper, Carrots, peanuts(roasted),  Black Olives, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar.
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Olive Oil,  1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, 1 Tbs Vinegar, Oregano.
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and peanuts, and toss well.

13. Potato Salad

Ingredients: Baby Potatoes(Boiled and Diced), Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Salt , Pepper, Chopped Parsley.
Dressing: 3 Tbs Yogurt, 3 Tbs Mayonnaise, 1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper
Process: Add dressing to the Potatoes, toss well and sprinkle chopped parsley.

14. Fruit Salad

Ingredients: Black grapes, Strawberries, Apple, Red Grapes, Orange (Pulp only), Pears, Black Olives, Honey, Lemon Juice, feta cheese.
Process: Add Honey and Lemon Juice to the fruits, sprinkle grated feta cheese and toss well.

15.  Assorted Vegetable Salad

Ingredients: Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion Rings, Green Olives, Celery Chopped, Zucchini, Brocolli (flower only), Cucumber, feta cheese, Mayonnaise, Salt, Pepper, Apple Cedar Vinegar.
Dressing: Mix 3 Tbs Mayonnaise,  1/2 Tbs Apple Cedar Vinegar, Salt, Pepper
Process: Add dressing to the vegetables and small cubes of feta cheese, and toss well.

As you might have noticed, there’s just a bunch of ingredients to be used. You can try any number of permutations and combinations until you get a flavor which is perfect for you.
