- Unsalted Butter : 2 Tbs
- Spinach: 1 Cup Chopped
- Tomato : 1/4 Cup Chopped
- Water : 1 and a half Cup
- Salt : 1/4 Tbs
- Pepper : 1/3 Tsp
- Ginger : 1/3 Tsp
- Heat the butter in a pan. Add garlic.
- Add tomatoes, ginger, spinach and water. Let it cook until the spinach softens.
- Blend the mixture (with a blender) until consistent.
- Use a seiver to separate the pulp.
- Add salt and pepper.
