Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter : 2 Tbs
  • Spinach: 1 Cup Chopped
  • Tomato : 1/4 Cup Chopped
  • Water : 1 and a half Cup
  • Salt : 1/4 Tbs
  • Pepper : 1/3 Tsp
  • Ginger : 1/3 Tsp

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan. Add garlic.
  2. Add tomatoes, ginger, spinach and water. Let it cook until the spinach softens.
  3. Blend the mixture (with a blender) until consistent.
  4. Use a seiver to separate the pulp.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
