Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour : 1 Cup
  • Milk : 1/2 Cup
  • Vanilla extract : 1/2 Tsp
  • Jaggery Powder (Sugar’s healthy alternate): 5 Tbs
  • Unsweetened Cocoa :2 Tbs
  • Butter : 4 Tbs Melted
  • Baking Powder : 1/3 Tbs
  • Salt : 1/4 Tsp
  • Baking Soda : 3/4 Tsp
  • Blueberry : 1/4 Cup Sliced
  • Raspberry : 1/4 Sliced

Directions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients well.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Grease a pan and pour the batter into it Cupcake Molds.
  4. Place the pan in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 30 mins
  5. Let the Muffins cool for 5-10 mins in the oven.
