We work towards our goals even when there is no surety of achieving them. But death is one goal that sooner or later will get us, so why not be prepared so that we go in the best possible way.
Sadhguru covers a lot of technical and spiritual aspects of death. I think this book is one of the best places to learn about this unavoidable reality of life.
I took quite a bit of time to read this book to absorb what I was learning, but one read is not sufficient. There is so much to assimilate, understand and mull over. A book like this that has knowledge of such magnitude, cannot be grasped by our mind in one read. At least I can say that for myself. There’s just too much information that requires perceptiveness to be grasped, more than intelligence.
Of course, not everyone would like to read it because it’s not something to be read for pleasure or leisure. You’ll be automatically drawn when you are ready for this knowledge. Still, I hope my post about this book plants a seed of interest in your mind.
