1. Mango & Banana Ice-cream

Mango Icecream
There’s not a single one of us who hasn’t had an ice-cream. And, there is also no better dessert for a hot summer afternoon than a bowl full of frozen and scrumptious goodness of mango and banana fused with milk and mint. To add more flavour of mangoes, cut a few pieces of a fresh mango and eat them along with the ice-cream. As an alternative, you can also sprinkle sliced nuts over a scoop of chilled ice-cream. Check out the Recipe.

2. Rice Pudding

If there is one thing that is a gift of divinity to mankind, it’s a bowl of rice pudding. This is a popular Asian dessert prepared from rice and milk and infused with nuts, cardamom and raisins. 3. Chocolate Coconut Cake

Chocolate coconut Cake

Coconut pudding topped with chocolate icing is one hell of an affair. The coconut base can either be cooked with or without milk. I’ve shared the recipe for the one cooked without using milk. Cooking it with milk is no big deal as well and adds an extra bit of softness to it. I am pretty convinced that it tastes better than your usual chocolate cake. To make it chocolaty, you can intertwine layers of coconut and chocolate icing. Here is the Recipe.

4. Whole Wheat Apple Pie

5. Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate

I prefer my hot chocolate intensely chocolaty so keep the ratio of chocolate to milk 2 to 1. You make one ravishing hot chocolate for yourself, you just need to heat the milk, cream, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, unsweetened milk powder and dark chocolate pieces in a pan to give it consistency . You can add honey once you’ve poured the hot chocolate into your favorite mug. Team up your hot chocolate with marshmallows and revel in every sip.

6. Fruit Custard

Custard has been among the popular desserts around the world for the longest time. Either you can use the custard powder available in the supermarket or easily make your own. Custard mix can be prepared by first heating egg yolk, corn flour and jaggery powder until completely consistent, and then slowing adding warm milk and continuing to whisk until you get a thick consistent custard mix. Top IT UP of freshly cut choice of fruits to make it super healthy and super tasty.

Who doesn’t love a popsicle? It’s fun licking a popsicle in a warm summer night. Ever though of making one for yourself? It’s easy to make and you can use choice of fruits. Check out the Recipe.

9. Unicorn Mix

It’s almost as healthy as a salad. And a good competition to the most delicious dessert you’ve ever had. There are almond, fox nuts, musk melon seeds, grated dry coconut and walnuts. Fry some Tragacanth (2 Tbs Tragacanth in 3 cups of this mixture). Blend all of these ingredients in a blender, add jaggery syrup (you can make it by boiling water with jaggery powder in it for about 10 mins) to this mixture and shake well. Before I forget to mention, it’s quite addictive.

10. Fruit Yogurt

Yogurt

Pick your favorite fruits, I prefer strawberries and blueberries. Blend them with yogurt and mint. To add a bit of crunchiness, you can sprinkle sliced almonds, seeds and cashew nuts. The refreshing and creamy frozen fruits yogurt is a treat to have any time of the day. And the best part is, it has all the natural ingredients.
